Ballinderry defeated Down side, Ballyholland 2-9 to 0-4. The Shamrocks were 0-5 to 0-4 ahead after a good competitive opening half.

Second-half goals for the winners from Darren Conway and James Bateson put the outcome beyond doubt in the second-half as Ballinderry upped the pace of their game.

Thirds match Versus Cargin at Shamrock Park.
