Seniors

Seniors had a good victory last Thursday night beating Castledawson 1-15 to 1-7 at the Broagh to maintain our unbeaten start to the season. Raymond Wilkinson scored our goal in a game in which we were rarely threatened by Castledawson and controlled for long periods.

Reserves

Reserves had a comfortable win over Slaughtneil on Saturday night winning on a score line of 4-15 to 0-5. After struggling early on we went on to dominate and goals from Brian McGuckin, Cathal Cassidy, Daniel Bateson and Aidan Heron gave us an easy win.

Thirds

Our thirds team have had two league games in the past week last Monday night they made the trip to Drum and came away with an excellent two point victory, on a score line of Ballinderry 1-10 Drum 0-11, after a hard fought game. Then on Sunday we made the trip to Magilligan and came away with another good win 2-9 to 0-9.

Minors

Our minors had a great win on Tuesday night when we beat a good Ballinascreen team by the minimum margin 1-8 to 0-10. This was another good win and maintains our minor’s unbeaten start to the season.

Under 16’s

Our u-16’s made the long trip to Steelstown last Thursday evening and came away with a comfortable victory on a score line of 3-20 to 1-3 after a good all round team performance with Daniel McKinless, Canice Rocks & Ciaron Cassidy grabbing our goals.

Under 14’s

Our under 14’s suffered a heavy defeat last Monday night to a good Bellaghy team. The bigger, stronger Bellaghy team dominated most of the game but our boys to their credit never stopped trying and played some better football in the second half.
