Enda Muldoon has been given a great boost before Derry’s All-Ireland Quarter-Final with Dublin on Saturday, he has been selected as Tennent’s Ulster GAA Writers’ player of the month. Enda has played a major part in Derry’s success to Croke Park this year, and after a poor Derry performance against Monaghan, he helped them to incredible victories over Armagh, Mayo and Laois

Brian McIver last night resigned as manager of the Donegal senior footballers.

The Derry captain has not featured since breaking his ankle against Louth last Easter, but has since returned to club action with Ballinderry.
