Ballinderry’s ability to take their goal chances proved decisive as they prevailed in the last ever match to be played under the auspices of the South Derry board to claim the Larkin Cup.
Ballinderry are the H. & A. Mechanical Services Division One champions for 2007 and they did not kick a ball last week-end. Their nearest rivals, Bellaghy went down by five points away to Loup. That defeat kept the Ballinderry side nine points clear, and they can’t be caught now.
