Conleith Gilligan hit four early points as Ballinderry moved into a 0-5 to 0-1 lead but three Bernard O’Brien points helped Latton level by half-time.

Ballinderry edged out Slaughtneil 0-10 to 0-8 in Sunday’s The Elk Derry SFC final at Celtic Park.
Ballinderry last won the Derry senior football championship title two years ago and it is a measure of just how high the level of expectation within the club is now that a season without the title is regarded as a mini-famine.
