In Greenlough this afternoon the Under 16’s fell at the very last hurdle in the County Championship going down to a 2 point defeat to Dungiven.
It was then on to Bellaghy as the Senior team had the challenge of Paddy Bradley’s Glenullin, the Shamrocks had no more luck as they went down to an embarrassing defeat. A poor performance all round as Ballinderry never looked like winning the game…..Reports later
In a recent Derry Skills Competiton held in Owenbeg, Ballinderry Under 12 Star, Lee Martin highly
impressed and won the event.
He was awarded with a Derry Tracksuit from Sports World in Magherafelt
The 4 runners up to represent Derry were Ohdran Devine(Steelstown), Patrick McElroy (Lissan), Niall Toner (Lavey) and Cormac O’Doherty (Slaughtneil).
