3rd annual feile na mBan, Glasgow Women’s Celtic sports Festival
The Tir Conaill Harps GAC is delighted to announce the dates for the third annual women’s Celtic sports festival, which will be held over the weekend of 3rd to 5th October.
The festival theme is to raise the profile of women’s gaelic sports both within the Harps club and also to the wider Glasgow community. The festival will include it’s usual programme of camogie and ladies football tournaments. coaching workshops and not forgetting the very popular Festival Hooley.
Last year nine clubs from Ireland and Scotland took part, which was a big increase on the inaugural year. We hope to build on that success with even more teams this year. Further details are available from Grace McBride on e-mail at grace.mcbride@virgin.net or on 00447801546663. Regular updates will also appear on the club website www.conaill.fsnet.co.uk
